Stop Doubting Yourself.

Start Owning Your Life.

The Resilient Sisterhood Club is where ambitious, self-doubting women come to rewire their mindset, find their voice, and feel in charge of their story.

Welcome, sister.

Hi, I’m Shannon. I’m a Resilience & Confidence Coach, certified in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP), and a teacher of 25 years and founder of The Resilient Sisterhood Club.

My background has taught me how to connect deeply with people, listen with empathy, and guide them with patience. I bring those same skills into my coaching—helping women feel safe, seen, and supported while learning how to step into their strongest selves.

Who I Help

You’re in the right place if you…

  • Second-guess yourself even when you know the answer

  • Want to speak up without overthinking every word

  • Feel drained from trying to please everyone

  • Want to build real confidence — not just fake it

  • Are ready to step into your life without apologizing for who you are

The Confidence You’ve Been Chasing Starts Here

If you’ve ever looked confident on the outside but felt like you were unraveling inside, you’re not alone.

I’ve been there — and I know how exhausting it is to push through while self-doubt whispers that you’re not enough.

That’s exactly why I created The Resilient Sisterhood Club and my coaching programs: so you can finally feel strong, proud, and in charge of your life.

Reframing Self-Doubt

The Power of Pausing

Self-doubt isn’t proof you’re weak—it’s proof you care. Research shows high-achieving women often question themselves the most, because they’re stretching into new territory. Instead of taking doubt as a warning to shrink, treat it as a sign of growth.

Try this today: The next time you catch yourself thinking “I don’t know if I’m good enough,” add one word: yet. Shifting to “I’m not good enough yet” keeps the door open for progress instead of shutting it with fear.

When emotions run high, your nervous system needs space to reset. Studies show that even a 90-second pause can calm the stress response in your body. Instead of reacting right away, take one slow breath and notice your surroundings.

Try this today: The next time frustration rises, name five things you can see. This grounds you in the moment and keeps emotions from taking over.

Boundaries Build Confidence

Rewire Negative Self-Talk

Boundaries aren’t walls—they’re doors you choose to open or close. Research in psychology shows women who set clear limits feel more in control and less resentful. Saying no to what drains you makes space for what fuels you.

Try this today: Choose one small “no” you can practice—like declining an extra task or postponing a call—so you protect your energy without guilt.

Your brain believes what it hears most often, even if it isn’t true. Self-criticism strengthens fear pathways, while positive statements build resilience. You don’t need to pretend everything is perfect—just shift the language you use with yourself.

Try this today: Replace “I always mess this up” with “I’m still learning.” This simple swap reminds your brain that growth is possible.
