Hi, I’m Shannon. I’m a Resilience & Confidence Coach, certified in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP), and a teacher of 25 years and founder of The Resilient Sisterhood Club.
My background has taught me how to connect deeply with people, listen with empathy, and guide them with patience. I bring those same skills into my coaching—helping women feel safe, seen, and supported while learning how to step into their strongest selves.

Whether you’re navigating career changes, balancing family and personal goals, or just craving more peace and clarity, this space is for you. It’s easy! You can join by signing up through my website where you’ll see the current programs available—whether that’s 1:1 coaching or the Imposter to Empowered small group experience. Self-doubt isn’t proof you’re weak—it’s proof you care. Research shows high-achieving women often question themselves the most, because they’re stretching into new territory. Instead of taking doubt as a warning to shrink, treat it as a sign of growth.
Try this today: The next time you catch yourself thinking “I don’t know if I’m good enough,” add one word: yet. Shifting to “I’m not good enough yet” keeps the door open for progress instead of shutting it with fear.
